The OTR payment includes: Motorcycle registration fee Road tax (Vehicle Excise Duty) Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Delivery to the dealership This ensures the motorcycle is fully registered, inspected, and ready for you to ride away legally from the dealership (insurance not included). For pre-registered vehicles, the road fund licence has already been deducted from the OTR payment.
