  • What are your Delivery Charges?
    - Delivery costs vary by Post Code but we will always quote an agreed delivery cost at time of Order - Delivery costs are normally calculated to cover our costs and do not include any profit margin. - Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your purchase from our Showroom or arrange your own courier
  • When do you Deliver?
    - Delivery dates and times are agreed with you at the time you process an order with us. - Delivery dates can sometimes change outside our control but this is rare and we will always communicate this to you for make sure you are happy with the outcome.
  • What if my Order is delayed?
    - Certain products may be on "Back Order" where we have contacted the supplier but there is a delay in their normal supply schedule. - In certain instances, you may have the right to cancel your order. Please check the Terms and Conditions page on this website for more information.
  • Are your New Bike prices "On the Road"
    - To comply with certain manufacturer's guidelines, some bikes are priced as +OTR which means there is an additional "On the Road" charge. - We will always display if additional fees are due and how much these are. - In relation to Pre Owned Bikes, these displayed prices are the price you pay (but in accordance with DVLA rules, you must supply your own road tax)
  • Can I pay a deposit to secure a bike?
    - Yes. - Typically, a deposit of 10% of the bike value is taken as a reserve. This then withdraws the bike from sale. - Please see our full Terms & Conditions relating to deposits.
  • How can I pay for Products or Services?
    - Clothing, Parts and Accessories can be purchased using the following methods: - Cash - Credit Card - Debit Card - All Motorcycles and Scooters can be purchased using: - Cash (by arrangement) - Debit Card -Bank Transfer (BACS Payments) - Finance - Please contact us if you are uncertain as to how to pay.
  • Do your bikes come with a warranty?
    - All motorcycles and scooters come with a warranty unless "Specifically Sold without a Warranty". - This warranty may be offset by a manufacturers guarantee. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.
  • Can I cancel an Order?
    - In the event that you need to cancel an order, please call us at the earliest available moment to discuss and your options. - All refunds decisions do not breach your Statutory Rights
